Deep Tissue Massage: focuses on connective tissues and works deep into the muscle to help ease and release long held patterns of muscular tension.

Swedish Massage: relaxes body tensions using long, fluid strokes and a number of muscle kneading techniques. It improves circulation, reduces tension, relieves sore muscles and just plain feels good.

Myofascial Release: gentle application of sustained pressure into the fascial restrictions. This helps to allow the fascia to elongate and decrease painful patterns.
Trigger Point Therapy: is a bodywork technique that involves the applying of pressure to tender muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body.
Acupressure :is a traditional Chinese medicine technique based on the same ideas as acupuncture. Acupressure involves placing physical pressure by hand, elbow, or with the aid of various devices on different acupuncture points on the surface of the body.
CranioSacral Therapy: a light-touch manual approach that enhances the body’s natural healing capabilities.

Relaxation Massage: A smooth, flowing style that promotes general relaxation, improves circulation and range of movement, and relieves muscular tension.

Sports Therapy Massage: helps athletes improve flexibility and speeds recovery time.
